To report animal cruelty, please call Customer Service at 311 or (210) 207-6000 so the call may be dispatched to the Animal Care Services office.

ACS cruelty investigators can only investigate allegations of animal cruelty within the city limits. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office investigates animal cruelty in the County at (210) 335-6000.

Customer Service is available 365 days a year from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
