If you are in need of medical help please call 911 or go to the nearest doctor's office or hospital.

To report an animal bite or scratch, please call Customer Service at 311 or (210) 207-6000 so the call may be dispatched to the Animal Care Services Bite Investigations office.

Customer Service is available 365 days a year from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
